Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must be authorised to collect the client information you enter into Nuvoraq.

Nuvoraq is a business operating platform for service businesses. It can support CRM and sales, client onboarding, work management, communications, finance, renewals, support, compliance workflows and AI-assisted recommendations. Nuvoraq does not independently verify the accuracy of information entered into the service, and AI-generated suggestions are recommendations for human review — not verified facts or professional decisions.

Nuvoraq offers eligible new accounts a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. No charge is made automatically at the end of a no-card trial. To continue paid access, you can choose a monthly plan (Starter £19/month, Growth £49/month, or Pro £99/month) and add a payment method. If you choose a paid plan while your free trial is still running, billing begins when the remaining trial ends. Returning customers who have already used a trial start paid billing immediately when they subscribe. You can cancel at any time. Ending a trial or subscription removes paid access but does not delete your clients or data.

You agree to use Nuvoraq lawfully and not to misuse the service, including uploading content you don't have the right to collect or share.

Nuvoraq is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
