Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.

Business and client information: the records, contact details, workflow information, documents and other business data you or your team enter into Nuvoraq or make available through supported connected services.

Usage information: basic analytics about how the site is used, collected via the measurement providers listed below.

We use your account information to provide and administer your account. We use business and client information to provide the Nuvoraq features you choose to use, such as CRM, onboarding, work management, finance, communications, connected context and AI-assisted workflow intelligence. We use usage information to improve the product and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Each client onboarding link gives access only to that client's own onboarding request. You control who you share links with.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Nuvoraq does not collect or store your card details.

We use Stripe for payments and Google, Meta and Microsoft for advertising and analytics measurement where enabled. These providers may process data according to their own policies.

Your data remains associated with your account while you use Nuvoraq. You can delete clients from your dashboard at any time.
